Right of revocation

1. General

Right of revocation according to § 361a BGB

You can revoce Your contract explanation within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, eMail) or by return of the commodity, unless You act as an commercial or independent contractor. The period begins earliest with receipt of the commodity and a detailed revocation instruction in text form.
You have to pay the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro, or if with a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation the return or a contractually agreed partial payment is unperformed. Otherwise the return is free for You.

2. Restitution and compensation

In case of revocation become operative the mutual services have to be restitute and used advantages (e.g. customs advantages) have to be refund.

If the consumer is obligated for compensation, if the commodity cannot refund totally or partly or only in worsened condition. You can avoid this, if You examine the commodity only as in a comparable normal shop, if You leave the commodity in the original packing, if You do not use these like an owner and if You do not anything to affect the value of the commodity. You will fulfill this e.g., if You do not take hardware (like a printer) out of the outer packaging, if You do not unseal software, if You do not take toners from the protection packing and if You do not damage the commodity or use it in other depreciating way.


The right of revocation does not exist for:

- Articles, which are made for customer spezifications or clearly are cut to the personal needs or which are not suitable for a return due to their conditions or can vitiate fast or have an exceeded date of expiry,
- Audio or video recordings or software, if the supplied data media were unsealed by You,
- Newspapers, magazines and pictorials.
