Data security

1. General

Your customer details are required, stored and used exclusively to process the order. This use is based upon the relevant data protection provision of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

You have at any time a right to demand free information, correction, blockage and deletion of Your stored data. We ask you to contact service@colortoner.de or send Your demand by post or fax.


2. Disclosure of customer details

In order to process and deliver your order, we will pass on your details only to the respective delivery company.


3. Additional services

For additional services (customer account, newsletter) we need Your agreement due to the laws mentioned. You can recall this agreement at any time by using our online shop, by eMail or by phone.

3.1 Customer registration and allocation of a customer number (customer account): If You agree, we store Your name and Your address in a customer database. After registration for this service You will receive Your customer number and a password within 3 or 4 days by eMail. With these data you can login at Your next online shop visit. After successful registration name and address in the purchase order form are already pre-filled and must not be entered each time. Sensitive data like account or credit card numbers are not stored for safety reasons.

3.2 Periodic informations (newsletter): We will inform you in regular intervals by eMail about news and offers, if You subscribe the newsletter. The discontinuance of subscription is made completely simply by an option directly at the newsletter.
